How to Inquire About a Product or Seller

To make an inquiry about a product or anything concerning a seller account on Ochanja (VM), please follow the following steps:

1. Log into your customer account.
2. Visit the product page, scroll down, and select ‘Vendor Info’.
3. Click ‘Visit store’.
4. On the store banner click ‘INQUIRY’.
5. A modal will pop-up.
6. Enter your query.
7. Click ‘Submit’.
8. To view all inquiries and responses from the seller, please visit your customer dashboard.
9. Click ‘Inquiries’ listed on the side menu to view all inquiries you have made.
10. Click ‘View’ to view the seller’s replies and reply accordingly.
