Within 24 hours of submitting your vendor application, you will receive two emails from Ochanja (VM): An account activation email and a Welcome email if your application is successful!
Please follow the following steps to activate and setup your store:
- Open the email you received and click ‘here’ on the ‘Activate your account Email’
- Click ‘Let’s do this’ to begin setting up your account or click ‘Skip this step’ to setup account later.
- Follow the prompt and input your store details.
