How to manage reverse withdrawals

To manage withdrawal requests made by sellers please follow the following steps:

1. Log into your admin account using the username/email and password provided to you by Ochanja (VM).
2. Click ‘Withdrawals’ listed on the side menu.
3. Select the Withdrawal Request you want to approve or reject.
4. Add a Note to Vendor (optional).
5. Click the ‘Approve’ or ‘Reject’ button.
