How to add a product to my store

To add a product on your store on Ochanja (VM) Nigeria, please follow the following steps:

  1. Log into your seller account.
  2. Click ‘Products’ listed on the side menu.
  3. Click ‘ Add New’.
  4. Select the type of product you want to add from the drop-down menu.
  5. Check the ‘Catalog’, ‘Virtual’, or ‘Downloadable’ where applicable.
  6. Enter the Product Title.
  7. Upload Product images.
  8. Enter Product Price.
  9. Enter Product Sale Price where applicable.
  10. Click ‘Schedule’ to set the duration for Product Sale where applicable.
  11. Enter Product Short Description.
  12. Enter Product Long Description.
  13. Select the Product Category if available on the Product Category list, else click ‘Add New Category’ to create a new category for the product.
  14. Select the Product Brand if available on the Product Brand list, else click ‘Add New Category’ to create a new category for the product.
  15. Enter single or short descriptive words for ‘Tags’.
  16. Click ‘Inventory’.
  17. Enter your Stock Keeping Unit (SKU).
  18. Select ‘Manage stock’ and enter available product quantity.
  19. Select the applicable option for backorders.
  20. Select ‘Product sold individually’ if applicable.
  21. Click ‘Attributes’.
  22. Click ‘Color’ to add available colors of product if applicable.
  23. Click ‘Size’ to add available sizes of product if applicable. 
  24. Click ‘Linked’ to select product up-sell and cross-sell where applicable.
  25. Click ‘Product Policies’ and select ‘Override policy’ if you want to add your own Shipping, Refund, Cancellation, Exchange, and Return policies.
  26. Click ‘Advanced’ to ensure ‘Enable reviews’ is selected.
  27. Click ‘Submit’ to publish the product.
  28. Click ‘Draft’ if you are not ready to publish a product.
