To contact a Seller for Support on Ochanja (VM), please follow the following steps:
- Log into your customer account.
- Click ‘Orders’ to view all orders made on your account.
- Click ‘Support’ for completed or ongoing orders to contact the seller.
- Select your reason for contacting the seller.
- Select the priority status.
- Explain the ‘Issues you are having’ with the product or order.
- Click ‘Submit’ to create the support ticket.
- Click ‘Support Tickets’ Listed on the side menu to view all support tickets you have created on your account.
- Click ‘View’ to respond and view all responses made on that support ticket.
