You will receive an email notification when you have a new support ticket or a response from your customer to an existing support ticket. To respond to a support ticket on Ochanja (VM), please follow the following steps:
- Open ‘New Inquiry’ email notification.
- Click the ticket ID to view more details.
- Log into your account.
- Click ‘Support’ listed on the side menu to view all support tickets made to your store.
- Click the ‘reply’ icon to reply to the support ticket.
- Enter your reply to the support ticket.
- Click ‘Submit’ to send your reply.
