Understanding Reverse Withdrawal

< 1 min read

A Reverse Withdrawal occurs when admin fees have not been paid for a completed order. This could be due to a number of reasons such as:

  1. The completed order payment method is ‘Cash on Delivery’.
  2. The Delivery Partner was not an Ochanja”s Delivery Partner. This means a third-party besides the Ochanja’s Delivery Partner accepted the payment for this order therefore owing Ochanja (VM) her admin fees.

To view all Reverse Withdrawal on your Seller Account, please follow the following steps:

  1. Log into your seller account.
  2. Click ‘Payments’ listed on the side menu.
  3. Click ‘Reverse Withdrawal’ to view all pending admin fees.
  4. You will be notified via email once Ochanja (VM) has approved the payment of the pending admin fees for completed orders on your account.
